JV Backlash LLC is proudly owned and managed by Bruce Pelton and Vallerie Vazquez. Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, ensuring that we are well-equipped to handle a wide range of projects as both a primary contractor and by collaborating with top-tier sub-contractors. Our team consists of experienced consultants with diverse backgrounds in various industries. We combine our expertise to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Our Expertise
Bruce Pelton - Managing Owner
Bruce Pelton brings an impressive and diverse background to JV Backlash LLC. With a decade of service at the Pennington County Sheriff's Office, Bruce served as a Correction Officer, Reserve Deputy, Nationally Certified Taser Instructor, and OC Instructor. His law enforcement experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and a commitment to safety.
Bruce also has a robust background in the financial sector, having spent 10 years as an Assistant Vice President for a Commercial Bank. During his tenure, he held positions as a Bank Securities Officer and Commercial Loan Officer and was separately licensed for Health and Life Insurance. He is a proud graduate of the North Dakota Graduate School of Banking, further solidifying his expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
In addition to his roles in law enforcement and banking, Bruce dedicated 8 years to the United States Postal Service as a Mail Carrier. While at the Post Office, he served as a Safety Captain, Union Representative, and On the Job Training Instructor. His diverse career path has equipped him with a unique blend of skills and experiences that he brings to the management and operations of JV Backlash LLC.
Vallerie Vazquez - Manager
Vallerie Vazquez graduated from Brookdale Community College and New Jersey City University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She has spent the last 9 years with the United States Postal Service as a Mail Carrier. Vallerie's academic background in criminal justice, combined with her hands-on experience at the Postal Service, provides her with a solid foundation in organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to public service.
